Dean Sharafi is heading System Management, the operator ofSouth-West Interconnected System in Australia. He is a member of Australian Institute of Management, Cigre,Engineers Australia and a senior member the IEEE.

3. Prof. Wenpeng Luan,Tianjin University, China
Specially Chief Expert - China Electric Power Research Institute,Specially Chief Expert - State Grid Smart Grid Research Institute.

4. Prof. Juan Yu,Chongqing University, China
Prof. Juan Yu currently serves as the Chairwoman of the Task Force on Composite Reliability Assessment of IEEE PES and the Chairwoman of IEEE PES Chongqing chapterShe is a senior member of IEEE.Her primary areas include the risk assessment and control of electric power and energy systems, deep learning and big data technology.

5. Prof. Zhifang Yang, Chongqing University, China
He is the principle investigator of projects from the National Natural Science Foundation of China, State Grid Corp. of China, and other companies. He serves as the vice-chair of Task Force on Composite Reliability Assessment of IEEE PES, secretary of IEEE PES Chongqing chapter.
