Conference Description

The "3rd Island Dynamics Conference" explores islands and maritime issues worldwide. The event’s theme is interdisciplinary island studies, the combining of methodologies and topics from different disciplines. Although talks are welcome on any island or maritime topic, we particularly encourage presentations from such perspectives as human ecology, economic anthropology, political ethnology, industrial ecology, and other interdisciplinary approaches.
