Publication: Conference Proceedings / Journal Publication
Conference Proceedings：
All accepted and registered papers that are presented at ICBIM 2024 will be published in the conference proceedings by IEEE. The proceedings will be featured on IEEE Xplore. Content loaded into Xplore is made available by IEEE to its abstracting and indexing partners, including Elsevier (Scopus, Ei Compendex), Clarivate Analytics (CPCI—part of Web of Science) and others, for potential inclusion in their databases.
Attendance and active participation in the conference, including the delivery of a presentation, is compulsory for at least one author of each accepted paper.

Journal Publication:
Selected papers will be recommended to the following journal after successful registration and proper extension, please kindly indicate your preference when you submit, know more, feel free to contact us.

To publish the full paper into conference proceedings and give the oral presentation, please send us the full paper.
To give presentation only, please just send us the abstract.

Submission Guidelines
Step 1: Initial Submission
Submission Method:
Please log in the Electronic Submission System to submit your full paper and abstract.

Formatting Your Paper:
Prospective authors are invited to submit their draft paper (at least 5 pages as template style). Submitted papers should not have been previously published nor be currently under consideration for presentation or publication elsewhere. Please follow the formatting instructions for the draft paper:
1. Paper Length: Minimum 5 pages, including figures, tables & references. Extra page will be charged from Page 6.
2. The first page must include: Title of the paper; Name, affiliation, E-mail address for each author; keywords.

Step 2: Receive Notification of Acceptance or Rejection
On or before the scheduled date, you will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of the paper by the organizing committee through e-mail. Only accepted authors can move on to the next step.

Step 3: Final Submission
Reflecting the reviewers' comments, you need to create the final version of the paper.
