2. The accpeted paper, after presented and registered will be included in Springer Book Series Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering (ISSN: 1876-1100), which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus and other major databases for indexing.
3. Prof. Di Yun from Xi'an Jiaotong University in China, Prof. Gianfranco Chicco from Politecnico di Torino in Italy and Prof. Bikash Pal from Imperial College London in United Kingdom will be the Keynoye Speakers.
