VSIP 2023 is hosted by Harbin University of Science and Technology, China, assisted by Edge Hill University, UK, Chubu University, Japan and Heilongjiang Province Key Laboratory of Laser Spectroscopy Technology and Application, China; scholarly supported by Shandong University, China.

Publication
Accepted papers of VSIP 2023 after proper registration and presentation will be published in the Conference Proceedings, which will be submitted for indexing by Ei Compendex, Scopus, etc. (*All the previous Conference Proceedings have been archived in ACM Digital Library and have been indexed by Ei Compendex & Scopus.)

Submission Guideline
♢ English is the official language. Paper should be prepared in English.
♢ Abstract submission is for presentation only without publication.
♢ Full paper submission is for both presentation and publication. (No less than 8 pages)
