Conference Description

IECC 2023 information:
1. IECC 2023 is supported by ACM Singapore Chapter.
2. Accepted papers will be published into International Conference Proceedings, which is indexed by Ei Compendex, Scopus and submitted to be reviewed by Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI Web of Science). IECC 2019&2020&2021&2022 papers have been indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus.
3. Prof. Chin-Chen Chang from Feng Chia University, Taiwan, Prof. Qun Jin from Waseda University, Japan and Prof. Isao Echizen from National Institute of Informatics, Japan will be the keynote speakers.
