This event will be a good opportunity for international experts in various fields to gather to discuss major issues and find solutions. Welcome to attend!

Submitted paper will be peer reviewed by conference committees, and the accepted papers will be published into conference proceedings and submitted to be indexed by EI Compendex, SCOPUS, and other databased.
- All accepted papers in previous ICTC conferences have been included in IEEE Xplore, indexed by EI Compendx & Scopus.

- Submission -
1. The official language is English. The submitted paper should be no less than 4 full pages and prepared carefully according to the conference template.
2. Abstract submission is acceptable but it will be accepted for presentation only.
