Conference Description

★Publication
Submitted papers will be double blind reviewed by program committee and technical committee, and accepted papers after proper registration and presentation will be published in the International Conference Proceedings Series by ACM (ISBN: 978-1-4503-9756-8), which will be archived in the ACM Digital Library, and indexed by Ei Compendex, Scopus, etc.

*All the previous conference proceedings have been archived in ACM Digital Library, and indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus.

★Submission Guideline
♢ English is the official language. Paper should be prepared and presented in English.
♢ Full paper (no less than 8 Pages) submission is required for Publication and Presentation. For presentation only, just send us the abstract.
