● The conference has been attended by more than 1000 participants from 50 countries since 2014 and successfully be held in Sydney, Singapre, Hong Kong, Nagoya, Tokyo, Paris etc

● Accepted and presented papers will be published by IEEE conference proceedings. It will be submitted for IEEE Xplore and indexed by *EI COMPENDEX and SCOPUS*.
For seven years， the conference proceedings were indexed within three months after online.

Submission Methods:
● Full Paper (Presentation and Publication)-Accepted full paper will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference and be published in the conference proceedings.
● Abstract (Presentation only)-Accepted abstract will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference, the presentation will not be published
