Papers submitted to ICCA 2021 will be reviewed by technical committees of the conference.
All accepted full papers will be published on IEEE CPS(Conference Publishing Services)，and will be submitted for indexing to ISI/CPCI (Web of Science), Scopus, EI Compendex, Inspec (IET), Google Scholar, CAS, DOAJ, ProQuest, Zentrablatt, EBSCO etc and to the data base of IEEE Xplore.
