1. For papers submitted to ICERE 2021,after the peer reviewing process by at least 2-3 experts, the accepted papers will be published into International Conference Proceeding, which is indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus, Thomson Reuters (WoS), Inspec,et al.
2. Three Outstanding Professors have joined as Speakers.The first one is Prof. Gordon Huang from the University of Regina, Canada.The second is Prof. Yongping Li from Beijing Normal University, China.The third one is Prof. Wang Shuguang from Shandong University, China.
