*History*
The ICICA 2012 -2018 were held in Hong Kong, Rome, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Brisbane, Canberra and Sydney respectively. It aims to provide a platform for the scientists, scholars, engineers and students from the universities all around the world and the industry to present ongoing research activities, and hence to foster research relations between the universities and the industry.

*Publication*
Submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, relevance to conference, contributions, and presentation. Accepted papers of ICICA 2019 will be published in one of the following publications.

Conference Proceedings: As the workshop of ICCMS 2019, selected papers of ICICA 2019 will be published in the conference proceedings of ICCMS 2019 as a special chapter, which will be archived in the ACM Digital Library and submitted for index by Ei Compendex, Scopus, Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI Web of Science), etc.
