Due to the local logistic issue, the conference committee has decided to postpone The 2019 3rd International Conference on E-Business and Internet (ICEBI 2019) to November 09-11, 2019, in Prague, Czech Republic.

All accepted papers will be published in International Conference Proceedings Series by ACM, which will be archived in the ACM Digital Library, and indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus.

For those who're NOT looking to publish the papers, it's acceptable to submit abstracts to the conference, which will be included in the conference collection, but will not be published.
