1. After peer reviewed by at least 2-3 experts, all the accepted papers will be published into International Conference Proceedings, which is indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus, Thomson Reuters (WoS), Inspec,et al.
2. One Outstanding Professor from Canada has joined as Keynote Speaker. He is Prof. Gordon Huang from Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science, University of Regina, Canada.
3. The ICEOE 2019 will be held during June 7-9, 2019 in Xiamen Ocean Vocational College, Xiamen, China.
4. The ICEOE 2018 was successfully held in Taipei, Taiwan.
5. One day academic visit in Xiamen, China on June 9, 2019.
