Call for Papers
Authors are invited to submit original research contributions in English. Papers should be six pages long in standard IEEE format. Submissions must be in PDF, electronically submitted, with author names removed for blind review. At least one author must register and present the accepted paper. Papers will not be submitted to IEEExplore if authors do not attend.
