About this Conference
ICISA 2016 is the next event in the series of highly successful International Conferences on Information Science and Applications, previously held in Pattaya, Thailand (2015) | Seoul, Korea (2014) | Pattaya, Thailand (2013) | Suwon, Korea (2012) | Jeju Island, Korea (2011) | Seoul, Korea (2010).
Previous Conferences were technically sponsored by IEEE Computer Society and the proceedings were published in IEEE Xplore or by Springer LNEE where the proceedings (book) was published under Springer.
Information Science is a main pillar of most of the present research, industrial and commercial activities and plays a unique role in exploiting ICT technologies. The Conference offers a real opportunity to bring together scientists of different disciplines, discuss new issues, tackle complex problems and find advanced solutions breeding new trends in Information Science.
ICISA seeks contributions presenting novel research results in all aspects of Information Science and Applications. Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed and the accepted papers will be published through either Springer LNEE or IEEE. All papers will be indexed by EI and Scopus after the conference has been published. Furthermore, the selected papers will be published in the special issues of prestigious international journals after further revision.
