ICEEE is always a forum for presenting excellent results and new challenges facing the field of the reliability and availability of electrical and electronics engineering. It brings together experts from industry, governments and academia, experienced in engineering, design and research.

Submitted paper will be peer reviewed by conference committees, and accepted papers will be included in ICEEE 2023 Conference Proceedings which will be archived in IEEE Xplore and indexed by Scopus and Ei Compendex.
