ICSCM 2021 was finally held successfully in virtual with much expectation form during January 30 - February 1, 2021.

Publication
After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers after proper registration and presentation, and all the accepted papers of ICSCM will be published in Conference Proceedings as a special chapter, which will be indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus and submitted to be reviewed by Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI Web of Science).
