All papers will be strictly double blind reviewed by the program committee, and accepted papers of ICACS 2021 (after proper registration and presentation) will be published in the International Conference Proceedings Series by ACM (ISBN: 978-1-4503-8508-4), which will be archived in the ACM Digital Library, and indexed by Ei Compendex, Scopus, etc.

Conference proceedings of ICACS 2017 & ICACS 2018 & ICACS 2020 have been included in the ACM Digital Library and index by Ei Compendex and Scopus.

English is the official language.Paper should be prepared and presented in English.
Abstract (200-400 words) submission for presentation only without publication.
Full paper (no less than 8 Pages) submission is required for Publication and Presentation.
