Submitted paper will be peer reviewed by conference committees, and accepted papers will be included into ICEEE 2018 Conference Proceedings which will be published by IEEE and being included into IEEE Xplore.Those papers will be indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus.

★Submission:
1. Full paper(publication and presentation)
2. Abstract (presentation)
