ICCOE 2018 Shining Points:
1. Accepted and published papers can be published into IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science (EES) (ISSN: 1755-1315), which is indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus, Thomson Reuters (WoS), Inspec,et al.
2. The outstanding professor CHOU Loke Ming from Tropical Marine Science Institute, National University of Singapore, Singapore have joined as Speaker.
3. The ICCOE 2017 was successfully held in Osaka, Japan and we had one day tour in Osaka.
